From 17–21 November 2025, ADBI and Stanford’s Leadership Academy for Development (LAD) will host a five-day executive training program in Tokyo, focused on Public Policy for Infrastructure. The immersive curriculum is crafted for government officials from developing Asian nations and covers the multifaceted challenges of infrastructure policymaking - from public–private partnerships and regulatory frameworks to sequencing actions, coalition-building, and navigating politically complex environments.
Anchored in case-based learning, it leverages real-world infrastructure scenarios to strengthen participants’ analytical frameworks, enabling them to design policies that are strategic, sustainable, and data-driven. Faculty guidance is provided by Stanford professors via LAD’s proven reform leadership methodology.
