The Union Health Ministry has achieved three GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles under the nationwide “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan” (SNSPA) campaign, validating India’s commitment to preventive and women-centric healthcare. The campaign, which ran from September 17 to October 2, 2025, achieved an unprecedented scale.
The three records recognized by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ are:
Most people to register for a health care platform in one month (over 3.21 crore)
Most people to sign up for a breast cancer screening online in one week (over 9.94 lakh)
Most people to sign up for vital signs screening online in one week (at state level) (over 1.25 lakh)
These records highlight the campaign’s success in mobilizing digital technology and community participation to promote women’s preventive healthcare across India.
The campaign operated on a “Whole-of-the-Government” principle, actively involving over 20 Ministries and departments. It reached every district, facilitating more than 1.97 million health camps and generating a massive footfall of over 11 crore (110 million) individuals. This comprehensive effort resulted in crucial health screenings and services, including over 1.78 crore hypertension screenings, 1.73 crore diabetes screenings, 1.51 crore anaemia tests, and nearly 1 million breast cancer screenings, demonstrating a powerful combination of digital innovation and community engagement.
