The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will determine the likelihood of resumed dumping no later than April 30, 2026.
If the CBSA determination is positive, the CITT will then determine if the resumed dumping is likely to result in injury to the Canadian domestic industry no later than October 7, 2026.
Indiaโs Context: Indian exporters, particularly those associated with the production and export of these steel goods, have been subject to previous re-investigations by the CBSA.
